Benefits

Benefits for U.S. Employees who are Regular Full-Time Salaried or Regular Full-Time Arizona/Illinois Hourly – certain restrictions/requirements may apply.

Compensation and Bonuses

  • Salary or Base Pay – Rogers provides competitive compensation based upon market data, the position, experience and individual employee performance
  • Bonus Programs- Eligible employees may receive bonuses based on company, business unit and/or individual performance

Healthcare

Coverage options are available for employees, their family and qualified domestic partners.
  • Medical – Three PPO plans available through Anthem BC/BS
  • Dental – Two plans available through Delta Dental of New Jersey
  • Vision – Coverage available through Vision Service Plan (VSP)

Life Insurance/Disability

  • Group Term Life Insurance – Automatic coverage for employees
  • Supplemental Group Term Life Insurance – Option to purchase additional life insurance and AD&D for employee as well as life insurance and AD&D for eligible dependents
  • Business Travel Accident Insurance (BTA) – Automatic enrollment at no cost for AD&D coverage when traveling on company business
  • Short-Term Disability – Automatic coverage at no cost, providing continuing income for a portion of earnings, for up to 26 weeks if you are unable to work because of illness or injury
  • Long-Term Disability – Long-Term Disability –Automatic coverage at no cost, for a portion of earnings, if illness or injury prevents an employee from working after short-term disability has ended

Retirement/Investments

  • Rogers Employees Savings & Investment Plan – 401(k) (RESIP) – Rogers offers a company match. Employees may contribution up to the IRS maximum per year on a pre-tax basis.
  • Global Stock Ownership Plan – Purchase shares of Rogers’ stock at a discounted rate
