Compensation & Bonus

  • Salary or Base Pay – Rogers provides competitive compensation based upon market data, the position, experience and individual employee performance
  • Bonus/Commission Programs- Eligible employees may receive bonuses based on company, business unit and/or individual performance

Medical & Insurance

  • Coverage options are available for employees and their family.
  • Business Travel Accident Insurance (BTA) – Automatic enrollment at no cost for AD&D coverage when traveling on company business
  • Group Insurance – Coverage of 24-hour accidents/work injury for death and disability
  • Supplementary Medical Insurance – Three plans available for employees work in manufacturing and sales coverage of employees themselves and their family.
  • Healthcare – Physical checkup every year for employees

Retirement & Housing

  • Rogers offers statutory pension plan for each locations
  • Housing Allowance – Rogers provide housing allowance for certain Asia locations in addition to government required housing fund
